This luxurious 4 bedroom villa is located in the heart of Protaras, just a 10 minute walk to the main Protaras strip and Fig Tree Bay Beach. Furnished to a high standard with modern decor, the villa is an ideal option for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday close to the beach.
The villa is set out on 3 levels. On the ground floor, you will find a large open plan living and dining area seating 8 persons. Widescreen Tv, satellite and Wifi connection are available and there is also a sound system and Ipod / IPhone docking station. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. You will also find a W/c on the ground floor.
The basement room of the villa is in effect a studio apartment. It features a comfortable living area with Tv, a double bed, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a luxury shower/Jacuzzi unit.
Upstairs on the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms and the main family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Sliding doors lead out onto a balcony area which overlooks the garden. There is also an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower unit and Wc. The second bedroom also has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, beside cabinets and a door leading out to the balcony. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main bathroom also has a Jacuzzi shower unit and Wc.
Outside, the large garden and pool provides the perfect setting for relaxing and sunbathing. The pool has roman steps for easy access and there is also a separate Jacuzzi. The built-in barbeque area and patio table are ideal for outside dining.
Overall, this is a fabulous villa, close enough to the resort centre to enjoy all the amenities yet far enough away to enjoy to have a relaxing stay.
