Set on a relaxed hillside overlooking Kamala Bay, Villa Niyati spreads over 3 floors of sheer paradise. The 19-meter infinity pool features a Jacuzzi and pool bar, so everyone will get to enjoy tropical refreshment without leaving the premise. Every day you’ll be able to watch the sun go down from one of the terraces or even better, book an open air rejuvenating Thai massage on site. The villa features 7 bedrooms, 6 en suite bathrooms (two bedrooms share one), and two guest toilets. There are 10 extra beds available and they get placed into the larger bedrooms when needed. Every bedroom has a TV with a great selection of international channels. There is a large western kitchen at the villa and it has everything you need for meal preparation, including double fridges, freezers and gas stoves. Also, two bedrooms in the bottom floor feature small kitchens with fridges. The villa features a cinema and conference room with that has a big screen covering an entire wall. If you dislike the available movie selection, watch anything you like by connecting your device or a USB stick. Villa Niyati also has a laundry room, great Wi-Fi coverage free of charge, and private parking. It is located in a very quiet area on Phuket’s west coast. The nearest beach, Kamala, is about 2 km away from the villa.

Electricity Charges for 5BHK Villas and above: Electricity is free up to 100 units per day over this a charge of 7 baht per unit is made! Please save power and switch your air-conditioning off when not in use.
Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
