The villa is built over two floors and can be accessed by a ramp or staircase. On the first floor is an air conditioned open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area.
The lounge area has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a TV unit with satellite TV ( few English channels ) and DVD player. The dining are with table and chairs for 6 guests is conveniently situated near the kitchen.
Sliding doors lead from the lounge and dining area out to a covered outdoor terrace, offering uninterrupted sea views and an escape from the heat of the midday sun. On the terrace, table and chairs and a brick built BBQ offer the opportunity for al fresco dining or sunset views.
The compact kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday; with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Also on this level is a WC. The washing machine is located downstairs close to the outside area for hanging up clothes.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms. The Master bedroom, which is the largest bedroom, benefits from air conditioning and has a double bed, bedside tables and a fitted wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has a vanity sink unit, bath with shower over and WC. The master bedroom has sliding doors with access to the sun terraces and pool area. The two other bedrooms are twin bedrooms, both benefiting from air conditioning and built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms also have sliding doors to the sun terraces and pool area.
The bedrooms share a family shower room with shower cubicle, sink and WC.
The sun terrace and pool area offers fabulous sea views across the bay of Son Bou and is well equipped with outdoor dining furniture, sun beds and parasols. There is a lovely 8m x 4m private swimming pool with Roman step access.
