Set among green Umbrian hills, surrounded by olive groves, immersed in the smells of nature, we present this totally independent villa called Il Fienile, which in ancient times was the covered structure adjacent to the swimming pool.
Furnished in the classic rustic country style, to reach it the visitor must travel a short stretch of dirt road but well traveled, five minutes away from the center of Fornole, where you can use all the essential services.
Internally it is spread over two levels connected by a wooden staircase, on the upper floor we find the 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and a room with two single beds, as well as two bathrooms, one with a bathtub.
On the ground floor, on the other hand, there is a large living area with kitchen, lounge and direct access to the porch, an open panoramic view that offers wonderful views over the valley.
The fulcrum of this holiday home is the swimming pool, located in the upper part of the garden, in a dominant position from which you can see an enchanting panorama, also fully furnished with deck chairs, sun beds, umbrellas, and last but not least the presence of a ping pong table and table football.
In the garden there are fruit trees and flowers, and the vegetable garden that you will find in its maximum splendor in the summer months is a must.
The property has no fence, the garden is always well maintained, the pool is cleaned three times a week.
