Villa Sahin is situated in the traditional town of Uzumlu which is located in the Mediterranean Region in Turkey. Famously known for the best views of the Taurus mountains and the coast line of the scenic Patara beach. Villa Sahin is only 3.1 miles from Kalkan Town where you will find the local market, stunning harbour and wide selection of bars and restaurants. Dalaman airport is 43.5 miles from Villa Sahin and is the nearest Airport to the property.
Villa Sahin is a 3 bedroom spacious holiday home with 2 bathrooms, and a large fully equipped kitchen and living room. Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests , the property is air-conditioned throughout. The comfortable lounge on the second floor over looks the terrace and the breath taking mountain views. In the living room you will find a flat screen Tv ,dvd player, and free unlimited wireless internet access that can be used throughout the villa.
Villa Sahin’s garden is surrounded with flowers, grapevines, and a selection of fruit frees and has excellent facilities to suit your holiday needs. You can cool down and swim in your own private swimming pool, relax under the provided umbrellas and sun loungers and simply chill out. The property also offers a fully furnished Bbq area with dining table and chairs.
Uzumlu has a local pide Restaurant, situated just a 5 minute walk from the Villa. You can sit and have traditional Turkish tea or maybe a cold beer. Snacks are also available to eat in or take away, including delicious stone baked Turkish style pizza.
A small shop is within walking distance, where you can buy the essentials. Have freshly baked bread delivered to your door, delivery van arrives around 8am daily should you require this service. While you explore Uzumlu why not experience the skills of the local barber, treat yourself to a traditional shave and shoulder massage.
Patara is best known for its 18km of golden beach and the ruins that date back to roman times. Patara is also famous for being the birth place of Saint Nicholas. There is a cafe’ on the beach for snacks and refreshments and also a selection of restaurants in Patara village.
Kaputas beach, Another fantastic swimming and sun bathing location also just 20 minutes ride away. This is a tranquil beach cove with tropical blue sea and golden sandsParadise! (Umbrellas available for hire and snack stalls for refreshments).

There are many day trips that can be taken from the villa eg Saklikent Gorge, canoeing trip, Patara Beach (18km of sandy beach, voted 1 of the top 10 beaches in the world), boat trips, mountain villages, Roman sites and much more.

Transfer time from Dalaman airport is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes to Villa sahin.

Airport: Dalaman: 90.0 km
Kalkan's nearest airport is Dalaman (1.3 hrs away) then Antalya (3 hrs away) Dalaman is served by a number of charter low cost airline operators. Airlines summer flight schedules typically start at the end of March, and finish in the middle of November. We have found that the best source for all flights is www skyscanner net. If you prefer to look at individual airlines, then the most popular choices are generally Thomas Cook, Thomson, Monarch, Easyjet, and Pegasus. Out of season, and also when flight prices are at their height, it is sometimes worth looking at flying to Dalaman/antalya via Istanbul (there are scheduled flights to both Dalaman and Antalya from Istanbul every day of the year.
