On the first floor there is a spacious, open plan lounge with kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, cooking rings, fridge/freezer, etc) opening straight to a lovely balcony (overlooking the alley and the Venetian Fountain Morosini) as well as a shower room. The double sofa bed in the lounge can easily accommodate 2 extra guests. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where there are 2 comfortable double bedrooms as well as a family shower room. For the comfort of our guests, the whole house is air-conditioned (included in the rental price).

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
