views over the north of Koh Samui.

entrance to the villa is a covered carport and off road parking space for two cars.
To the right of the carport is a swimming pool and terrace complete with sun loungers, a water
feature and ocean views. At the far end of the pool you will find a dining sala that can comfortably
seat six diners. The views from the sala are amazing which makes it a perfect and perfect place
to have breakfast to start your day.
From the expansive pool terrace double doors open into a comfortable living area with
sumptuous seating and a further dining area that can accommodate six diners at a hard wooden
dining table with stylish rattan seats. This room is stylishly decorated and has a large, flat panel,
TV and stereo system.
Just off the living area is an open plan kitchen that has a useful central island that doubles up as
a breakfast bar with four bar stool seats. The kitchen is very light and airy and overlooks the pool
terrace. The light grey cupboards with black granite services is the ideal place for a spot of home
cooking that is made easy with a large fridge, microwave oven, four ringed gas hob, electric oven
and a dishwasher.
A small corridor, with a stylish artwork and a small library leads to a double bedroom that has
views over the rear aspect of the property. The bedroom has a large wardrobe, an en-suite
bathroom and a comfortable chair.
The second double bedroom has a large wardrobe and just beyond that is a spacious family
bathroom with a large bathtub, separate shower and attractive, wall hung, stone carvings.
From the master bedroom patio doors open up onto the pool terrace and the views beyond. This
room has a small en-suite WC with a shower and separate access to the large family bathroom.
The master suite has a large double bed, and ample storage space.
Though villa has a hilltop location it is an ideal choice for medium sized families due to
the villa being on a flat plot and on one level. and can be rented as a two or three bedroom villa.
