Ta` Kurun is a modern one bedroom penthouse apartment served with lift and two terraces overlooking breath-taking sea and country views. The property is ideal for a couple who wish to enjoy a tranquil and peaceful holiday in a beautifully decorated apartment. Guests are welcomed to an airy kitchen and spacious living room. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities for cooking delicious meals while on holiday. The living room area includes a cable Tv, Dvd and a two-seater sofa. Adjacent to the living area is a small terrace which overlooks the Marsascala Harbour and is perfect for watching the sunrise, people fishing or strolling on the promenade.
This apartment is situated in the locality of Marsascala. It is an ancient fishing village in Malta, with a picturesque bay, located in the southeast corner of the island. Marsascala has a range of modern leisure facilities, bars and restaurants. Among the many interesting places which one can explore and visit, there are the following attractions: St. Thomas Bay - St Thomas Tower - Mamo Tower – Marsascala Salt Pans. A bus stop is just five minutes away from the apartment in order to explore the beauty of the Maltese Islands.
From staying in Ta` Kurun apartment, you will:
- enjoy the beautiful scenery of the sea and country views from the apartment`s terraces;
- be within 5 minutes` walk away from the Marsascala Harbour, the
beautiful promenade, the many restaurants, shops and cafeterias which surround the entire area. Within easy reach, one can enjoy the Maltese lifestyle and cuisine;
- be central to the many beautiful sights of Malta e.g Ghar Dalam, Hypogeum, Mamo Tower, St. Thomas Bay, etc;

The apartment can be accessed by guests in its entirety.
Guests can be collected from the airport and taken to the apartment. On the way to the airport, they are shown the main attractions, shops and establishments which the locality of Marsascala has to offer. If guests need anything while on holiday, they can contact the Owner through a simple phone call or text message.
Car Rentals and Sightseeing tours are also offered by the Owner`s business at reasonable prices.
A light refreshment package is provided upon arrival.
Although it is not too far from the center, the locality of Marsascala is relatively quiet. This location is minutes away from the capital city Valletta, Victoriosa, Cospicua, Senglea and Marsaxlokk. There is a direct bus service to these locations while other locations can be reached by changing buses at the airport or at Valletta. The public transport is quite efficient and relatively cheap.
Ta` Kurun apartment is also about 15 minutes walk away from St Thomas Bay and the surrounding beautiful area of Munxar. Within a few metres, you will find yourself within this beautiful heaven.
Bus Routes 92, 93, 94 and 204 can easily be accessed. Parking is free but is somewhat limited like all parking availabilities in the localities of Malta. During the day, it is much easier to find parking space.
Marsascala is a tranquil locality. Furthermore, the apartment is ideal for one who wishes to spend his holidays in such surroundings.
