This holiday home is located in medieval town of Vodnjan. The town is well-known for the Basilica of St. Blaise, where the mummified bodies of saints are kept and it has the highest tower in Istria. The town is also famous for olive oil. The house is located in direct proximity of the church, in the very town centre. The holiday home was built in 1912 but it has been fully renovated with a lot of care and attention, maintaining the traditional Istrian architecture. The interiors are furnished in good quality. On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room with kitchen where guests can cook and eat together, as well as activity and fitness rooms. On the first floor there is one fully equipped apartment with one bedroom and two more apartments, each with one bedroom and living room. On the second floor there is one more larger apartment with spacious living room with exit onto the terrace with a view on the whole Brijuni archipelago. The house is perfect for a larger group of friends or more families who wish to spend their holiday together but at the same time maintain their privacy. The fenced courtyard is dominated by the swimming pool, which will provide freshness during summer heat. The pleasant terrace is perfect for socializing and relaxing in the evenings.
