- The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms
- Each room can accommodate only 2 adults and a kid below 12 years
- Each room has a King size bed and large windows offering a mesmerizing view
- Bedrooms have a flat screen color TV with a DTH connection and a study table
- Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms
Living Room:
- Made of concrete walls with basalt mixture, the living room is located on the ground floor
- It opens up to the infinity pool on the north and a courtyard on the south
- The living area is well lit with modern furniture
- The dining area seats 8 people
- A music system is available for use
Bathrooms:
-The villa has 3 private bathrooms (one in each room) and 1 common bathroom
- 2 bathrooms have a bathtub
- The bathroom walls are finished with white marble chipped Terrazzo
- Bathrooms have geysers for hot water supply
- Essentials like towels and basic toiletries are provided
Kitchen:
- The villa has a fully functional kitchen and is accessible only to the Chef
- The following equipment is available in the kitchen: Refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave, crockery and a water purifier
- Children’s dinnerware is available too
- The stay cost is inclusive of all meals
- Barbeque grill can be arranged at an additional cost with an advance notice
- Cooking or consumption of non-veg food is strictly prohibited in the villa

- The villa has a private heated infinity pool overlooking the surrounding hills
- It can easily accommodate up to 6 people

- Pool size: 15ft x 9ft with a depth of 4.5ft
Lawn:
- The villa has a huge private lawn which is well maintained
- It can be used for playing various outdoor games or enjoy the view of the surrounding hills
Entertainment:
- The villa has games available for your entertainment such as Hoola Loops, Frisbee
PlayStation and badminton
- Few other board games available are Play cards, Taboo, Pictionary, Monopoly, Uno cards, etc.
- The bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost with an advance notice
- ATV Rides can be made available at an additional cost
The Spa: This service can be availed for minimum people 4 people at a cost of Rs.5000/- per person) and is a perfect way to rejuvenate your mind and body. A masseuse from the famous Alchemy Spa would be there to give you the best spa experience ever
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa other than one bedroom on the ground floor. This villa offers a perfect mix of comfort and luxury with its infinity pool facing the hills and aesthetic interiors. Private rooms with complete privacy are guaranteed to ensure that the guests have a memorable stay.
Interaction with Guests
The host is not present at the property but is accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is also present to serve you on demand. A trained and a responsible caretaker is also present at the property to solve all your queries whenever required.

- Please note that the approach road to the villa may not be a concrete road and might be damaged due to adverse weather conditions.
- Cooking or consumption of non-veg food is strictly prohibited in the villa
On booking made for:
1-2 Guests: Access to only one of the bedrooms, living area, pool & the outdoor area
3-4 Guests: Access to two bedrooms, living area, pool & the outdoor area
5-6 Guests: Access to entire villa other than one bedroom on the ground floor.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Loud Music not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed. House Rules - Music is allowed until 10:00 PM - Smoking is restricted to the outdoor areas - Cooking or consumption of non-veg food is strictly prohibited in the villa - Pets are not allowed on the property - No slippers in the house, House slippers will be provided
