45m2 Casita with 1 bedrooms with a queen bed ,and living room with a single bed , ,good for max 3 people. 1 bathroom with hot water ,one air conditioned, the living area with TV LCD screen ,TV cable, Wi-Fi ,and a kitchen with Fully equipped and a small balcony .

The Casita S Located inside a place called Las Villas of (banana beach bar) between Playa Carmen to Playa Santa Teresa, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets are just a near to the Casita .
The location of the Casita S is amazing for the surfers you're going to surf in the front of the Casita.
From the Bathroom you can see the green and then the ocean. Waking up in the morning and seeing the ocean and listening to the music of the waves is amazing. The balcony with the hammocks is fantastic to rest and see the green.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
