This beautiful and newly built holiday home is located in a small town between Rijeka and Crikvenica. This villa, built in 2008, consists of two separate residential units that are connected via an external staircase. Therefore, it is ideal for two couples who want to spend their holiday together. The ground floor houses the bigger apartment, which has a covered terrace where you can share a glass of wine and enjoy the magnificent views. The second apartment also has a terrace and is located on the first floor. Both apartments are modern and offer a lot of comfort for a relaxing holiday. The pool is located in a quiet area. You can cool off in the pool and soak up the sun on the deck chairs. The well known places of interest in Kvarner Bay, with many leisure activities, are easily accessible from the house. The owners provide bicycles at an additional charge.
