The apartment is very bright and can accommodate up to 5 people (2 double beds + a single bed can be added upon request). There is a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator and washing machine), a large wardrobe and a terrace over-viewing an internal garden.
Please note that you WILL NOT share the flat with anybody else.
You will be provided with a set of keys on the day of your arrival and will have exclusive access to the flat until the day of your departure.
The area is residential and offers all amenities such as pizzerias, restaurants, an old fashioned food market, grocery stores, pubs and bars at a very short walking distance.
Villa Borghese (the most beatiful park in Rome) is only a 10' walk, while Spanish Steps (Piazza di Spagna) can be reached within 20' (walking distance).

If you land in Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) or Ciampino Airport, you can either get a taxi (EUR 48.00 flat rate from/to Fiumicino, EUR 30.00 flat rate from/to Ciampino) or a direct, no-stop bus (EUR 5.00) to Termini Station, the main train station in Rome. From there, the flat is only 2 bus stops away (or a 5' taxi ride / 15' walk).

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
