The hall has chairs , a dinning table and a tv.
One bedroom has 3 beds and is fitted with an ac and fan.
The second bedroom has a double bed and has a fan and an ac.
The kitchen has a fridge . An electric kettle and microwave is provided. No cooking is allowed.
The toilet cum bathroom has a geyser and is fitted with a western toilet.
There is also one more toilet.
There are two verandahs one attached to the kitchen and the other to the hall. The area of the flat is 900 sq. feet.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Pets not allowed. By way of abundant precaution all children should be accompanied by adults whenever they are in the verandah and other open and common areas such as the garden or terrace.
