The ground floor of the villa consists of spacious lounge with a leather 3 piece suite, Tv and Dvd and separate dining area, fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dish washer, and fridge/freezer). There is also a shower room with Wc, and a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are three large bedrooms (all with fitted wardrobes), one with twin beds and two with double beds. There are two bathrooms on this floor (one en-suite and one family bathroom) plus a washing machine, dryer and iron.
Villa is fully air conditioned.
There is a private 8m by 4m pool with safety fence for small children ( if you need).
Equipped patio - sun loungers, table, chairs and barbeque area. There is parking for three cars which makes this villa perfect for a family and friends holiday in Cyprus. The villa has free Wi fi.
The usage of electricity is payable extra according to meter reading at Eur 0.27 per kwh.
