This twin bungalow(one is small and other is bit big in size) is located far away from city life at onde near vikramgad(gps location will be provided). You will be surrounded by nature with trees around you. there is a river touching the property. Take a break from the crazy city at this twin bungalow.
The space
Away from the maddening city, surrounded by greenery and fresh air, The twin bungalow has a ground and first floor with a beautiful balcony. Electricity comes -goes we don't have any Invertor facility. but the weather is so chilled that you will not face any heat. the climate is chilled normally electricity is not disturbed during the nights. You will enjoy a lot. we give you complete freedom. drinks are allowed inside the bungalow. Smoking is strictly prohibited you can smoke outside.

this bungalow is mostly recommended for a get-together, party.
KINDLY NOTE THAT SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 4000 RS WILL BE ADDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING ONLINE. DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED BACK BETWEEN 6-8 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE GUEST HAS CHECKED OUT.
Interaction with guests
There is a caretaker. The caretaker will be happy to recommend you with menus of nearby restaurants according to your meal preferences. Please take care of the house as your own and leave it in the same condition as you entered. please don't move any furniture or chair outside the bungalow :-) Guests would have access to the kitchen but just to make the food hot, we don't provide soap, towels, toilet paper we provide you hot water, extra blanket and pillows. The cost involved is only for accommodation. We do not provide food you can get it from a nearby hotel caretaker will help you with that. beverages you can get from a hotel or there is a shop near vikramgad market. Prices are reasonable. The number is available on request. Power disruption is common, especially during the rainy season for long hours. The climate, unfortunately, is not under our control. :-) the swimming pool is not available to guests We don't have invertor it's better you bring torch at night we provide candles.noise to be controlled little bit after 1.30 am. please do not disturb other guests in the vicinity or neighbourhood. pets are not allowed in the property. please keep your footwear inside the bungalow.
The neighborhood
The place is located in Onde, vikramgad, Maharashtra, India.
This is nestled within a village in ONDE. Very few people around at all times. It is quiet, calm, cool, full greenery and is an ideal break from the city. Just don't expect all the comforts of the city. Sajan dam, khand dam and sajan nature trail is a worth a watch.
Friendly: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 15 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 6 to 15 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
