Accomodation has 3 simple, charming private Casitas available providing accommodations for up to 8 guests, that are separate from the main living area and kitchen.
We prefer to cater to groups ranging from 4 to 8 guests and rent the entire property to one party. (You do not have to be related but families are great.) The nightly charge is for the entire facility regardless of the number of guests. We will not rent out the remaining rooms if you book less than 8 persons. Rate of $200 or $220 per night on holiday weeks is for the entire home not individual rooms. We don't rent the rooms individually.
The full kitchen with all cooking utensils is shared only by your party. There are also 2 enclosed outdoor, hot water showers and 2 private bathrooms with 2 sinks.
A short walking distance to BocasTown where there are many restaurants, grocery stores, night life and entertainment. Multiple options for boat and catamaran tours for snorkeling, diving and exploring.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
