This is a 4-bedroom villa which can accommodate 6-10 people. It has a view of picturesque river Sal and a coastline which is 350 meters away. It is well suited for couples and family group. It has two swimming pools, an indoor spa complex and 24hrs security guard. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, kitchen and bedroom; On the top floor it has 2 bedrooms with a balcony on the perimeter of the house; All 3 bedrooms are spacious with modern furnishings; Bedrooms which are on the top floor has a terrace with amazing views of river and garden. Each room has its own private bathroom (en-suite) and air conditioning; The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, mini-oven and kitchen sets; in the living room there is a TV with provision of satellite channels. The 4th room is a children's size room, which houses a Double Bed and which shares a common toilet (ensuite) with the other room. So 8 Adults can comfortably sleep in 4 independent bedrooms, although 2 rooms share a common ensuite. Besides this, there is a sofa cum bed in the Master Bedroom which can sleep 2 adults and One sofa cum in the Living Room which can also sleep 2 adults. So total sleeping space in 4 bedrooms is 10 adults, and 2 adults in the living room (if the need arises).
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Pets not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed. Music can be played indoors to any level of volume, as long as it does not disturb and avoids complaints from neighbours. Music can also be played in the lawns of the Villa via your own music dock, again, not disturbing the neighbours. Smoking is allowed in the open areas of the property, and not inside the Villa. Pets strictly not allowed inside the premises.
