The villa sleeps up to 6 people and has an ultra-luxurious design. The large garden is home to turf lawn areas, a free-form swimming pool that comes with a children’s pool, and a stunning Thai sala with seated areas that was created for tropical poolside dining. Making your way into this stunning villa, you are greeted by a pool-facing lounge with tall ceilings, a luxury sofa and a large flat-screen TV that showcases many Western channels. The Western kitchen is also modern, with lots of appliances and a central unit that can also be used as a breakfast bar, next to a dining area with a 6-seat table. The bedrooms also enjoy a luxury and comfortable interior, sleeping up to 6 people. There are two bedrooms that have double beds, air-conditioning, televisions and wardrobes, but there is also a 3rd bedroom with 2x single beds that could be ideal for families. Although the location is a 10-minute drive outside the city, it is close to Phoenix Gold Golf Club. Within a 10-minute drive, you can visit many of the region’s best attractions that include the Amazone Cartoon Network Water Park, Pattaya Floating Market and Nong Nooch Gardens.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
