The villa is arranged on two floors, it is surrounded by large verandas and it is accessed through the
living room; the dominant feature of the living room is its stone fireplace and from here a staircase
leads to the first floor with the dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen furniture shows elements
belonging to the tradition of the Sicilian handicraft as the copper pots, the pantry and the table in
poor art. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, it
consists of two double bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom, spacious and with the
surrounding garden view, and it has a bathroom with shower. The shared bathroom with bathtub is
on the ground floor.
On the first floor of the villa there is a room overlooking the living room on the ground floor and it
is used as sitting area with table and original masonry benches. A large stone doorway leads into
another room, with couches and a study corner. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and two
twin bedrooms. All rooms are well furnished and functional. The adjacent bathroom (first floor) is
with shower. From all rooms you can enjoy the pool and lush garden view, the sight gets lost into
the blue sea, which is only a few kilometers from the villa.
A short distance from the pool area, the villa has outdoor kitchen with Bbq, gas burners and a
typical wood-burning oven for preparing delicious dishes of the Sicilian tradition. The dining area
(outdoor kitchen) is furnished with a table and masonry benches. The kitchen is equipped with
utensils and appliances. There are various outdoor furnished spaces where you can stay and enjoy
relaxing moments.
The distance from the airport may be too close but it does not affect this peaceful place, in fact all
the fixtures are made from wood and insulating glass and so the property is away from disturbing
elements. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. A caretaker manages outdoor spaces to
facilitate the guests' stay. Parking is available inside the property.
