A luxurious 3 & 1/2 bedrooms apartment located on the Palm Jumeirah within the Shoreline Apartments. This property has been furnished to a very high standard, modern furniture, and state of the art electronics and equipment. Entertainment wise, the living room is equipped with a 46 inch LCD TV featuring many international TV channels, 5 disks DVD/CD player with movies library and a Play Station II with games library in addition to a high speed and Wi-Fi complimentary internet connection and Theatre system. The dining area can comfortably seat 8 guests and the large kitchen also offers high stools for a more casual dining. All the bedrooms are equipped with LCD TV, DVD/CD player and Cable TV. The apartment also has a 4th additional small room or maid room with its own bathroom and bed. The private beach is just downstairs however this apartment DOES NOT HAVE A DIRECT SEA VIEW. If you like to keep fit you can make complimentary use of the gym located just downstairs or you can have few laps at the pool also located by the beach side. This apartment is relatively inexpensive due to the fact that it does not have a direct sea view however the sea is just downstairs so if you were looking for the right compromise value for money this would be the ideal choice. A refundable security deposit of AED 3,000/- is required and it is refundable without interest UPON check out provided that the property is returned in the same conditions as it was found on the day of check in. Palm Jumeirah - This is ON the Private beach, which has great , uninterrupted views across the sea to Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Burj Dubai ( the world's tallest building ). This really spacious 3 bedrooms + housemaid room apartment (233 Sq. Mtrs. = 2,500 sq. ft. Gross) on the Palm Island is located on the 8th floor above ground. The apartment itself has been beautifully furnished in a very modern way. Large dining table for 8 persons, beautiful leather sofa, and can accommodate max 8 Guests + 1 baby in the complimentary supplied baby cot. All 4 bedrooms enjoy luxurious en-suite bathrooms, ( bedrooms 3 & 4 share en-suite ), and there is a further, separate, guest's w.c. Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
