Holiday studio located in the Plazamar Residential Complex, next to the beach and in the heart of Torre del Mar, less than 50 meters from the beach (Paseo Marítimo).
The studio was completely renovated in July 2018 with 38 m2, equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
It is made up of a room with a double bed, a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, refrigerator) and a full bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and a hair iron, as well as two beach chairs, a parasol, an iron of clothes, table and clothesline inside and outside, sheets, towels and air conditioning hot and cold.
It has a seasonal community pool and tennis court belonging to the Residential Complex and are accessed from outside the building.

The studio is located in a privileged environment surrounded by all kinds of services, with a wide variety of restaurants, some of them are icons of the gastronomy of Torre del Mar, such as Fernando, El Yate, El Negri and beach bars such as Casa Miguel, Valera , etc. where you can enjoy a good skewer of sardines, shops of all kinds and well-known brands such as Benetton, also in the same center there is a magnificent night activity, with good music where you can have a drink quietly in the different bars of the Enjoy group.
El Ingenio Shopping Center is two kilometers from the center, where we will find a wide variety of shops and activities and a large supermarket. Baviera Golf is 4 km away, 10 minutes by car.
