Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.

House Rules

Loud Music not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed. This house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood - not suitable for parties or too much noise. No smoking in any part of the house. No pets allowed. House must be left locked with lights & appliances turned off. The house should be tidy, with dishes done and rubbish in the big bins provided – our cleaners will take care of the rest. Please do not use the balcony/deck areas after 10pm and before 7am.
