One bedroom with 1- queen bed, 1-full bath and a laundry room. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms each with 1-queen bed and 1 full bath. Out doors you will find a covered propane Bbq, large picnic table, out door fire pit, covered out door hot tub, and there is lots of parking. Occupancy of up to 10-persons.
