The home is situated in a quiet rural location overlooking conservation

major attractions in the Disney area.
Westhaven is located close to the US27-I4 intersection and is well
placed for shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and restaurants. There
is a newly built Publix supermarket within 5 minutes drive of your
villa.
Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford
airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes.
The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while
to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast
can be reached in about an hour.
Your luxury vacation home has it`s own private, swimming pool and hot
tub which is fully screened and overlooks conservation.
A section of the patio is under cover to provide shady areas when
required and the pool has a safety fence to protect young children
wandering to the pool unattended.
Pool furniture is provided of course, and a gas BBQ is available for
your use free of charge.
The two storey accommodation comprises five large bedrooms and four and
half bathrooms along with a poolside bathroom and shower. The property
also has a spacious family room, fitted kitchen and a separate lounge
with formal dining area. There is also a large double garage attached.
There is a utility room which houses a washing machine and drier.
The master bedroom on the second floor is fitted with a king size bed
and has its own TV. It also has an en-suite bathroom featuring a large
walk in shower cubicle and bath. Guests in this bedroom have the luxury
of their own private balcony overlooking the pool and conservation area
beyond.
The second master bedroom also has a king size bed and also has it`s
own TV and en-suite bathroom. Patio doors from this bedroom lead
straight out onto the pool deck.
A third queen master bedroom is available also with it`s own TV and
en-suite bathroom.
There are two additional bedrooms, each with their own TV. One with
twin beds and the fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds meaning the
villa sleeps 12 without the use of a sleeper sofa.
Your luxury vacation home is very well equipped and furnished to a high
standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and
fully air conditioned with ceiling fans.
A crib and high chair and stroller are available at no extra cost.
The garage has been converted into a GAMES ROOM. A slate bed pool table
has been provided for your entertainment. A PS2 with a selection of
games is connected to the tv in the bunk room.
High speed wireless internet access allows you to surf the internet for
free during your stay.
The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to
need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and
hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker,
dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a full
set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.
The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance
and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely
available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity,
linen, towels (please bring your own beach towels). Even those small
items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum
cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer etc.
