Second bedroom is an open space bedroom with solid wall partiction, next to the family room. This room is perfect for a second couple or for the kids. King size bed.
Third bedroom is a loft with one open wall that shares the views toward the harbor. Accessible by a spiral staircase, this bedroom has a queen size bed.
Kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, side by side fridge, dishwasher, built-in microwave, cookware, and loads of cabinetry for storage.
Dining room is adjacent to the kitchen with seating room for 6 to 8 guests.
Den area extends off of kitchen/dining space and features a large flat screen TV.
Additional sleeping: There is an additional trundle day bed on each floor, each bed accommodating two, for a total of four extra sleeping spaces. One trundle bed sits near the ktichen/dining room and the other is in the upstairs living room.
Laundry room is just off the kitchen with a front loading washer and dryer.
Living room area has a large flat screen TV, cozy trundle day bed, and additional seating on beach bean bag chairs. The bathroom off of the living room has a large garden tub, walk in shower, and a lavatory that includes a bidet.
