The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful wood floors and granite counter tops, plus a built-in cook-top, a breakfast bar with bar stools, a separate built-in oven, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher. Adjoining the kitchen is a dining area with additional seating and an adjacent full bath with two wash basins. There's also a separate mudroom with a full sized washer/dryer, and a master bedroom with 1-queen sized bed plus a 1/2-bath en-suite. Step down into the living room area to discover a large flat screen monitor, a built-in wood stove (firewood provided) encased in locally sourced field stone, plus a great wet bar for entertaining. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a family room equipped with a large flat screen monitor with both Vhs (old school!) and Dvd players accompanied by a generous movie selection. In addition, there's one bedroom with 1-full sized bed, and yet another bedroom with 1-queen sized bed plus 1-full bath. Outside is a new private outdoor hot tub! This Wifi* equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (enforced Maximum Occupancy!)
Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children's playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! Summer Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. Winter Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

Please Note: Wi-fi service is now available to our area, and provided Free Of Charge for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the Free Wi-fi Service fails to function properly.
Please Note: This cabin is monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
