You will have to pay the sum of € 250 guarantee by bank transfer, in order to obtain the code for the key box; this amount will be refunded to you after your departure by bank transfer, less your various electricity and wood consumption. Please note that all special requests will be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
You must also pay the service charges (75 €), by bank transfer and this 14 days before your date of stay.
As soon as you make your reservation, you will receive information from the owner including the specific rules and bank details in order to make the payment. It is essential and mandatory to respond to this information (arrival time, special request, validation of general conditions, etc.)
The accommodation must be vacated by 10:30 am at the latest; someone will come and check the place and check the indexes for consistency the morning of your departure. The accommodation must be returned clean and in order; the various rectifications will be invoiced at 17 € per hour.
Dogs are allowed for € 3 per day per dog.
