The villa comes equipped with a spacious outdoor terrace where you will find a large private swimming pool with surrounding sun loungers and a majestic Thai sala with seated areas that enjoys views out towards the distant coastline. The spacious open plan living areas offer direct access to the pool and terrace while coming equipped with a nice L-shape leather sofa, a flat-screen TV with international channels, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table for several people. There are 6 bedrooms in total, 4 of which have double beds, while the remaining 2 have 2 single beds apiece, sleeping 12 people. The villa is 2.4km from beaches, bars and restaurants and just a short drive to the village of Nathon on the western coast.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
