The Living area is casual and spacious, with verandas set on either ends. Plenty of plants adorn the area along with a wooden dining table which can serve 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with cleaning services available at all times. The pool is huge and it overlooks the garden and outer landscape. Each bedroom has unique features with the one bedroom over looking the Pool and the beautiful mountainous views, while the other room overlooks the garden and the entrance. each room has huge balconies and toilets.

Bedroom 1 - Large double bed with Wooden Panels and Led lighting. Bedroom overlooks the mountainous views and outer landscape. En suite bathroom with Shower. A large wardrobe and a huge balcony.
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with cleaning services available at all times. You are welcome to self cook, cooking masala are at your disposal. We have even installed separate set of cook ware and serve ware for our vegetarian guests. Ask the caretaker for them. Else, simply get your take away parcel in or dine out.
Living room - In this living room, you and your loved ones can sink into the three huge comfortable sofas and a dining area.
Level 2
Bedroom 2 - Large Double bed. En-suite Bathroom with Shower. Private Balcony overlooking the garden and mountains.
Bedroom 3 - Double Bed overlooking 180 degree view of mountains and the pool. En-suite bathroom with shower. Wardrobes. Private balcony.
There is a tiny carom space between the two rooms.
Your villa comes along with an ever smiling resident caretaker. He is here to help! and can whip up a simple breakfast of upma, poha or eggs for you along with tea or coffee.
I and my family does visit from time to time though to ensure that the home remains in pristine condition for our guests' next vacation!
Experience the bucolic life, Live the sossegado way of life, even if just for a few days. Totally worth it! The local market (10 mins drive away) is bustling with the fresh catch of the day & a plethora of brightly colored fruits, flowers & veggies. Bus stop and Railway station are in Mangoan. (approx 15mins drive).
The mentioned property rate is applicable for 8 people per night.
Property can accommodate maximum 25 people in it.
Kids below 3 years: Complimentary Stay.
Children between 5 to 12 years: INR 750/- per child per night with breakfast.
Extra person 13 years & above: INR 1,500/- per person per night with breakfast & extra mattress.
There is no internet connectivity in my house. I chose not to go for it due to unstable connectivity. No connectivity is better than poor connectivity.
House cleaning during your stay is available on demand at no extra cost. That said, you are requested to reach out to the caretaker to help schedule a cleaning session. While the domestic helper may not be able to attend to your request immediately, he/she will do their best to accommodate your request at their earlier convenience.
Veg and Non Veg barbecue by the pool also available at an extra cost of 400 per person.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
