The apartment consists of 1 very large double bedroom with the possibility of adding cots and baby cots and a spacious bathroom with shower cubicle .. The particularly elegant and well-decorated furnishings will make your stay unforgettable. The owner who owns part of the property through his exclusive access is a single lady of more than 84 years who will never use Pool and Outdoor and you will probably not even notice his presence. The Villa consists of only two apartments that are rented out and if you wish it you can rent it totally for having it totally and privately at your disposal through the announcement of 3 rooms.
A private and well-kept park of 2000 square meters is the strength of the residence. The park is completely enclosed and creates a lot of privacy within the property and becomes an extremely safe area for children. The 33-square-meter swimming pool and its sun loungers and sun loungers will be your exclusive use as the 3 large gazebos. A 16 square meter gazebo is used as a relaxing and shaded area for the pool area. The main gazebo of the property is 30 sqm, located in the immediate vicinity of the house entrance, but also of the large masonry barbecue, featuring a majestic travertine table where it is possible to set up to 12 seats; under the large gazebo you will also find great baroque sofa at your disposal to relax while admiring the unforgettable panorama given by the sunset on Montecarlo hill.
The peculiarity of this holiday home is total relaxation, privacy, the countryside surrounding it becomes a sensory experience, made of panoramic sunsets and unforgettable scents. The care of the single detail means that nothing is left to the case both for the furniture and the surrounding park. The owners will be at your disposal to advise you on your daily excursions as well as on food and wine, as you will find much to see but still more to enjoy and drink in Tuscany. In the summertime you will be able to arrange themed theme evenings on request, where you can taste typical Tuscan cuisine and feel Italian for an evening.
Valinfiore is about half an hour's drive from Pisa, Florence and the beaches of the luxurious Versilia. With just over an hour's drive you can reach Siena, Arezzo, San Gimignano, Volterra and also the romantic Cinque Terre in Liguria.
