The house has an expansive open plan living and eating space with high ceiling giving an airy and light feeling with floor to ceiling glass doors to bring the outside in; outside an amazing pool area surrouded by a beautiful tropical garden.
The kitchen has been designed by a professional chef, so it is perfect for people who love to cook and a great social space to entertain. The house is equipped with a Uv water filter to minimise the need for plastic bottles.
The three bedrooms are surrounded by a unique internal tropical courtyard which offers garden views with Colibris and colorful butterflies from every angle.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with Ac and an outdoor spa bathroom bursting with bougainvillea and covered with traditional antique tiles.
The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be put together into a king size bed if needed.
Bedroom three has a queen size bed.
These two bedrooms have Ac and share an inside full bathroom with a tub.
Guest have access to all the house, the garden and the pool area.

A ten minute drive, take you to Santa Teresa where you can find other restaurants, bakery, bars, tourist shops, pharmacy, Atm's, grocery stores and one with organic fruits and veggies, Green World.
Very close to the house you can find Pranamar Hotel, with an amazing yoga instructor, who teaches every day in front of the sea, a great experience.
