This villa is located on the west coast of Koh Samui, called Lipa Noi Beach. The west coast is the coast where the sun sets so you can enjoy beautiful sunsets every day. The five islands, five small islands off the coast, are just located in front of the villa. This beach is fortunately far from the bustle of Chaweng and Lamai beach. Lipa Noi has retained its self-esteem and is still Thai. On the west coast where Lipa Noi is sittuated are some high end homes and amenities such as restaurant 'the 5 islands' and 5 star resort Baan Thaling Ngam and Nikki Beach Club.
If you want to look up the crowd that's easy. Car and scooter rentals are good and cheap. You are about 30 minutes of Chaweng and 25 minutes of the airport. Nathon, the capital of Samui you can reach in about 5 minutes by car(Large Tesco Lotus supermarket) and plenty of restaurants.
The Villa itself is walled for maximum privacy. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located around the private pool.
There is free Wifi in and around the villa !
The Villa is situated in a Villapark with it's own entrance road . This villapark contains appr. 20 villas.
Around the villa you will find adequate facilities such as restaurants and beach clubs. Within walking distance you will find Big John Seafood, a famous seafood restaurant but also a very complete list remaining.
Find also in 2 minutes by car 'Nikki Beach Club' the most famous club with branches in Monaco, Miami and Marrakech. Not for nothing that Nikki Beach Club choose Lipa Noi for it's Samui venue!
Lipa Noi is further characterized by many palm trees and nature. It's not built full like the east coast and on Lipa Noi there is also much less pollution and odors, as is often the case on Chaweng. Here you will really relax.
Starting March 1st 2016 there will be night security @the villapark. Guards will patrol during the nightly hours for your comfort and safety. (this will not affect your privacy though because the villa is fully walled).
