Totally independent chic apartment consisting of 3 bedrooms divided into three floors. On the ground floor there is a triple bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a comfortable kitchen with a gas stove, a very nice veranda with a roof made of wood and parquet furnished with a sofa and two armchairs, and an outdoor shower on the east side of the house. On the first floor, accessible via an elegant metal staircase with glass handrail, there is a double bedroom, a single sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom with shower and a lovely veranda furnished with a small table, two armchairs and a small sofa. On the third floor you will find a suite with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a comfortable veranda with a sea view equipped with two deckchairs for your relaxation. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, Tv in every room and two adult bicycles available to our guests. The property is located about 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Alcamo Marina in the shoreline area. A few meters are the most important primary services: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, market. The parking reserved for our guests is guaranteed in an area about 100 meters from the accommodation.
