The bungalow is spread across a plot area of 9000 sq ft. This beautiful property is set on a hilltop facing a river and unspoiled mountainous views. The Villa is 5000 sq ft, fully furnished with En-suite bathrooms in each bedroom along with Air conditioning. Each bedroom has unique features with the lower bedrooms overlooking the Pool, while the upper rooms each having private terraces and fabulous views. The Living area is casual and spacious, with balconies set on either end. Plenty of plants adorn the area along with a wooden dining table which can serve 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with cleaning services available at all times. The pool is 30 ft in length and it overlooks the garden and outer landscape. This villa is extremely private and ideal for a quick getaway from the hustle of city life.

Like the pictures, the first thing that hits you abt this place is its tastefully done interiors, amenities and the planning. Large and spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need. We were a group of 14 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kudos to Paul and his caretakers Mahesh and Bhushan.

We were a group of 10 friends who enjoyed one the best holidays we have had in a long time. All the rooms are really beautiful and very comfortable. Expetional views and at night time the bunglows once lit up has a very luxurious and warm feel. Pool area was fun to be around as there is beauitfully laid out sitting deck next to the pool and my room had a great view of the pool. Hall, terrace and balconies in the villa are large and great places to hang out. care takers were very helpfull. Bunglow looks way better than it is captured in the images online. Looking forward for our next stay here.

We were a group of 4 couples with 4 infants (0-2 yr olds). Enjoyed our stay at the karjat property. Google maps is pretty accurate so did not have any problem in locating the villa. The property is well maintained and clean. Lots of common areas which was very useful with the 4 babies. They enjoyed running around the living room and balconies. Caretakers (Mahesh and Bhushan) were very helpful (trips to the market, cleaning the floor twice a day). The breakfast was also fantastic and they made amazing chai. The pool is in a nice semi covered area which keeps the water cold! Food delivery options are limited but the kitchen is fully equipped and Mahesh and Bhushan will help chop and clean etc also so cooking is easy. Two things to note: 1. The property is on 3 levels, the pool and 2 rooms are on the lower level, the kitchen and living room in the middle and then 2 rooms on the top level with a small TV area. A bit of a pain with the kids as you have to be careful they don't fall down the stairs. 2. There isn't any air conditioning in the living room and the TV area. There is a cooler but that isn't really effective in the heat. Overall, good value for money. Reach out to the owner (Paul) with any questions or requests. He is prompt and helpful.

Totally satisfied with the Villa and hospitality, it was really good. Care-taker was very helpful. The rooms and swimming pool were clean and well maintained. A must visit!
