Loud Music not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed. Quiet hours begin at 9pm on weekdays, and 10pm on weekends. This applies to any activities outside but on the property, or if you have the windows open And if you want to listen to music, please remember the neighbors and enjoy at a respectful volume.,Please clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used. Please place all used bed linens and towels in the laundry closet or on the floor in front of the laundry closet door. ,In order to not leave overflowing trash for the next guest, we ask that no more than one bag of trash and one bag of recycling per day be disposed of in the large outdoor bins. All additional trash must be disposed of off-property. ,If you are staying on Tuesday night please bring the trash bin to the front curb Tuesday night for Wednesday pick-up. If you are staying on Wednesday night please bring the recycle bin to the front curb Wednesday night for Thursday pickup. ,Parties and events of any kind are not allowed at our house. Any parties will result in full relinquishment of the security deposit.,We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.,Guest personally assumes all risks of property loss or damage, as well as physical injury or death that may exist in connection with use of the property.,Guest agrees to reimburse Host for damage / losses / theft they or a 3rd party (accompanying guest) incur related to a claim of damage, accident or injury during the use or occupancy of the property.,Guest assumes responsibility to protect personal Guest belongings or valuables by always keeping house door locked against unauthorized entry.,Upon booking Guest automatically agrees to the need to arrange their own travel insurance coverage for Personal Liability and Health Insurance.,No smoking anywhere on the property; inside or out.
