The farm houses take up to 40 persons and there are no other guests beside your group. Fast Lan and Wlan available in most areas. The owners live onsite in a separate house to maintain the farm. A staff member for cleaning is also onsite and is included in the price!
It is possible to book breakfast or a catering service.
As the Quinta de São Pedro is a natural reserve area, you´ll find pure nature on site. The 4 hectar walled land plot is in the middle of an urban area providing access to the city of Lisbon by bus and ferry boat. The 36 km long sandy beaches of "Costa da Caparica" are just a 6 minute drive from the Quinta by car. Public busses are also available right next to the Quinta´s entrance.
The Quinta has several double bedrooms, triple bedrooms - all with own bathroom - and two dormitories (like in a youth hostel with shared bathrooms).
This advertisment is for booking the whole farm without other guests onsite!
Our guests may use a variety of communal areas, like a multipurpose hall (for example with table tennis, badminton on rainy or windy days), a huge barbecue area with gas and/or charcoal, several kitchen and the very charming old part of the house built around 1900 with living room and a terrace room.
Only the number of booked guests have access to the property!
Outside the backgate (only for pedestrians, no vehicles) of our Quinta you´ll find a small charming town with cheap local restaurants and cafés (3-10 minutes by foot).
Public busses are available to the beach, shopping centre and city centre of Lisbon (including ferry boat)
We will be pleased to help you arranging all kind of adrenaline and non adrenaline activities, such as surfing, bodyboarding, horse riding, paragliding, golf, wine tasting and many more...just ask us for what you want to do!
