Between St Raphael and St Maxime, provencal mas with pool on the ground floor. The panoramic view is exceptional on the Mediterranean. To accommodate 8 guests, the villa offers 3 bedrooms (a sofa bed is installed in the living room), 2 Wc independent, a well equipped kitchen and 2 terraces. The garden of 2500 m 2, laid out in terraces, is closing. In the garden, the pool and spa are surrounded by a terrace to the South, naturally sheltered from winds and looks. The access to the terrace is secured by barriers and the opening of the doors is inaccessible to young children.
The pool has a depth 50 cm at the level of the Roman steps up to 2 m 50 (weekly passage of the pool) summer.
The spa offers a 3M 2 surface. The seat placed in the down position facilitates relaxation, at the pace of the lapping of the water flowing into the basin.
Situated at 200m from the sea and the regional road between Fréjus and Sainte Maxime, the villa is very good situated to visit the surroundings. The villa is also situated 20 minutes from St. Tropez by coastal shuttle and only 10 km from Saint Raphael, and is also close to the centre of the village of St Aygulf and Fréjus

There is also a private studio apartment with a separate entrance at garden level which may be occupied by the owners
