About the Cocoa room: It is a private room within this beautiful family house inhabited by your host Randall. The house is fully furnished and equipped, has a covered garage for two cars, large patio, laundry center C / washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and Living room Tv. These same areas are shared only with your host.
