The charming apartment (52 M²) in size, consists of one bedroom, Air Conditioning, Fully equipped kitchen, Dining room with table and 2 chairs, Living area with a Sofa, Bathroom with a toilet, Balcony. With modern furnishing and household stuff the apartment is fully functional.
My holiday apartment is in the unique residence Nlv Apartments in a quiеt neighborhood of "Sunny Beach", within 8 min. walking distance from the beach.
Built on a hill with panorama across the Bay and the Mountains, the residence offers the amazing opportunity to enjoy the unique combination with proven healing virtues between fresh mountain air and gentle sea breeze. New Line Village will satisfy the wishes of all guests, looking for the proximity of nature, but not neglecting the attractions of the most dynamic resort in Bulgaria.
Please, be informed that the street leading to our complex is rather in poor condition.
Our guests have free access to pool, fitness and public parking. Sun-beds and garden chairs are at your disposal for free. Wifi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
There is also a Café-bar with a large terrace in the shade, and here you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea.
All children under 2 years are charged Eur 3.00 per person per night for children's cots/bed/cribs.
The apartment is situated in a quiеt neighbourhood of "Sunny Beach" within 8 min. walking distance from the beach (700 m.) and 3 minutes from the Bus station "Hotel Riu Helios Paradise".
