This unique detached home sits in readiness for its our guests to make it their own. Not only is this a fantastic waterside property it also offers spacious living accommodation, manicured mature gardens with spectacular views and beautiful original ship portholes throughout adding character and charm.
After meandering through the village of Caswell you will enter onto a generous driveway and ample space for up to three cars. Straight away you will notice the handsome façade this home has to offer. Once you have ascended the steps from the driveway through the well-manicured front garden you will be welcomed by a solid oak front door with beautiful feature etched glass.

Entrance/hallway
This inviting space is gorgeously laid with oak flooring which flows effortlessly into the dining room. Here you have access to all the main living spaces, stairs to the first floor

Dining Room
This spacious room has an abundance of natural light flooding in through the large window to the front of the can imagine yourself spending many hours relaxing by the Stonax log burner gazing out to the ever-changing view of Caswell Bay. Here you have ample room to house a dining set for at least eight.

Kitchen/breakfast Room
The large kitchen is another lovely and bright room thanks to the large window overlooking the breath-taking Caswell have a quarry tiled floor, a full array of fitted base units, housing integrated double sunken stainless-steel sink and Neff oven and grill and a 2 burner electric induction hob, large breakfast table and coffee machine . Here you also have access out to the side of the home.

Sitting just off the kitchen you have two very useful large walk-in pantries where you will find vacuum, appliances and laundry.

Sitting Room
Located just off the entrance/hallway is the cosy sitting room. An abundance of natural light beams in through the large bay window, which enjoys glorious views. This space would be perfect for entertaining family and friends or simply kicking back and relaxing in front of the Pevex wood sitting room also enjoys a lovely feature ceiling rose and gorgeous feature round window looking out to the side of the home adding so much character to this space.

Shower room
The ground floor also enjoys a very useful shower room which is laid with quarry tiles and is fully furnished with a Wc, hand wash basin and a walk-in shower.

You arrive at the landing and straight away you will want to explore further. Descend a step and you will notice a long hallway which will guide you to the master bedroom.

Step outside Summerhill

Spectacular! Externally this space has been landscaped to enjoy its superb location to its full capacity. From the moment you step outside you will want to explore further. Pathways and steps meander around the grounds with numerous hidden spaces which have been well thought out. Mature trees, shrubs and bushes line the pathways guiding you around this wonderful secret garden.

At you very top of the garden you have a beautiful tree house and decking area with seat which would be a perfect space for entertaining friends/family and enjoy the extraordinary view of Caswell Bay.
