The building has a handicapped ramp. Decorated in a contemporary style with classic furnishing elements. With fully equipped kitchen that allows you to create from a simple breakfast to a full meal. With separate bedroom .On the terrace you can see the sea or the rhythm of the city.
The apartment is ideal for families ,. business trip, singles visitors to the city of Chania. It is only 2 blocks (200 meters) from the beach of Koum Kapi, 500 meters from the city center and only 600 meters from the Old Port. It has private parking in the flats of the building. You can move through the city on foot or use your car without caring for parking on return.
The room is comfortable with a separate bedroom, living room and dining room in one space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary and with new appliances.
From the comfortable terrace you can see the sea and feel the rhythm of the city.
The bathroom is equipped with shower cabin.
In the apartment you will find electric iron, Tv, cd player, radio, washing machine, cooker with ceramic hob, espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and dishwasher.
You will also find bed linen and towels for all days of your stay, books, cd, shampoo, shower gel, liquid dishes, Cretan virgin olive oil, welcome sweets and of course my raki production.
The apartment is delivered clean.
If you want extra cleaning of us is charge 15 euros a time.
In the apartment you will find towels and bedding for every day of your stay. This means that we offer towels and linens that match a set for each guest for three days.
If a visitor stayed five days then will find two sets to use during their stay.
It is important to observe the siesta rules.

Within two hundred meters to the beach you will find the beach of Koum Kapi. There you will find restaurants, cafes and a beach.
The city center is 10 minutes away. The Venetian harbor of Chania is only 15 minutes walk.
The museum of Chania is one of the most important of Crete, just 15 minutes walk.
In our neighborhood you will also find traditional grocery stores, bakeries and all kinds of stores for shopping.
