The space
Upon entering the villa you will be overwhelmed by the magnificent decor and sea views. Keep yourself refreshed with a choice of swimming in the private pool or ocean. There are plenty of places by the pool to relax in. You will find cushioned deck chairs, table and chairs and a cushioned sala shaded from the sun surrounded by the sea view and lush garden.
The living room inside has a massive couch seating in front of a large flat screen TV. An additional sofa seating is next to it and a bar area. You can enjoy meals on the beautiful Thai wooden dining set that seats 12. There is also a games room with pool table to where you will decide the ultimate champion amongst your group.
The fully modern kitchen has all the amenities needed to make meals with all needed utensils and kitchenware. You can enjoy breakfast on the kitchen island with stool seating that has a TV.
All ensuite bedrooms are unique and have air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs, desk area, seats, wardrobes and mini fridges. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony where you can admire the ocean. The bathrooms are immaculate each unique in design and have large walk in showers, toilets and sinks.
The luxurious beachfront residence is fantastically located along the coast of Jomtien beach within a safe neighborhood. Minutes away you will find an abundance of restaurants, cafes and massage parlors.
The neighborhood
Although the temptation will be to stay in your luxurious surroundings, there are plenty of opportunities to visit local attractions. You are close to the Floating Market and Alangkarn Theatre and a little further afield is the peaceful Bang Saray beach with some excellent seafood restaurants right on the seashore. The Big Buddha can be visited en-route to a wonderful Chinese Temple and many other attractions will mean those days out are filled with interest. Jomtien Beach is just a 5 minute drive and Pattaya’s non-stop city centre can be reached in 15 minutes. You really do have the perfect, tranquil location with easy access to many different attractions.
