Let yourself be enchanted by the surroundings: a manor house in the middle of the forest from where we have a wonderful view of the surrounding valleys. No traffic, no noise and no light except the one you turn on yourself.
If you come with children, there is enough space for them. You can keep them close or even farther away.
The house is over 350 m2 large and can be rented completely. It is an ideal place for groups, for meetings of friends or work meetings, or even for the cozy get-together.

The house is designed for a total of 13 persons, but we recommend not to exceed a maximum of 11 people.
When you spend your holidays in our house, you are at the perfect starting point to participate in all the activities offered in the area: cycling and hiking tours, Nordic walking, fishing, trips to nearby places of interest, etc.

The upstairs lounge is designed to enjoy the view and the light and is designed to be used for seminars, business meetings or even yoga, drawing or astronomy courses. The place is perfectly suited to the starry sky, as we have no light pollution in the environment.
On the balcony we have a small barbecue, but since the house is in the middle of the forest, it can only be used at certain seasons and only with extreme caution. Our first priority is the protection of the forest: please ask us at your arrival if you can use the grill during this time.
The house has an oil heater.
As you can see from the floor plan, the house has generous rooms. We have put a lot of emphasis on offering our guests not only bedrooms, but also enough space to live and feel good.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
The whole house has Wi-fi. Television is received via satellite.
In the small side room of the rooms is a small sleeping sofa.
The water runs through all legally prescribed quality controls, as well as some additional ones that we implement on our own initiative. Precautionary, however, we also offer water in bottles at no extra charge, if you are used to it differently or the forest ghosts.
In the "grümpeltal", between forests and meadows, our holiday home looks out over the landscape from a hill. The Grümpel is an ideal starting point for hiking in nature and for ski tours. For example, you can enjoy around 90 km of marked hiking trails through the magnificent Mittelgebirgslandschaft of the Frankenwald,
And another small detail for all those who want to enjoy the starry sky: here in Frankenwald it seems to be almost limitless far, because around our holiday house there is no light pollution.

Venues in the city have the advantage that they are easy to reach, but on the other hand the disadvantage is that there are a lot of distraction possibilities and the participants can not switch off so well.
