The villa has two bathrooms with shower, one of which is located inside one of the two triple bedrooms, a kitchen with a gas cooking area, two verandas, a private garden and ample parking. The villa is located within a residence called Punta Pispisa accessible via a private gate. From the villa you can reach the fantastic private beach that has all the appearance of a small paradise on earth (try to believe). The villa is located in the territory of Scopello and the "zingaro" oriented reserve, just 10 kilometers from the town of Castellammare del Golfo where you can find any basic necessities such as shops, supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants but above all a magnificent tourist port on foot where there are several restaurants where you can taste excellent Sicilian wine.
