On the island of Brač, above the picturesque village of Pučišća is this mint condition holiday house with pool located. It is situated on a spacious estate of about 10,000 m², from which a wonderful view on the sea and the mountains is offered. The island is well known for its high quality limestone, which has been used since ancient Roman times. The fenced and maintained plot is surrounded by olive groves, in natural and peaceful environment, away from the noise of the city. Appropriate comfort is offered inside. On the ground floor are a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, and a living room with exit to the covered terrace with fireplace. On the first floor are two bedrooms with the minimum ceiling height of about 160 cm. Bedroom no. 3 has a private bathroom and is on the ground floor with a separate entrance. The refreshing pool, sunbathing area and outdoor shower are a great way to relax and unwind, while the badminton, table tennis, trampoline and two bicycles provide playing fun. The last approx. 500 m to the house lead over a gravel road.
