The property comprises a comfortable living area (with sofa beds) and a small but fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a shower room, and a very large patio with furniture for dining whilst looking over the village grounds towards the beautiful Costa Rossa. It is part of a private comunione with gated access and security for added peace of mind. Set in a wild and rural area, your location is immersed in nature. The comunione itself is sympathetically designed in the pastel colours of the Mediterranean and the landscaped gardens can be enjoyed throughout the grounds.
The location is ideally situated to offer a quiet rural atmosphere but at the same time located close to amenities such as an aqua park, a variety of beaches, shops and supermarkets, restaurants, historical monuments, boat excursions and diving schools. Free wifi is available in the central public area of the comunione. Tennis courts can be hired by the comunione entrance and there is a games room and bicycle hire available.
The adjacent beach only 5-10 minutes walk away and is set in a natural cove featuring beautiful craggy rocks, and is a combination of sand and stone. Here you can enjoy the warm, clear water - great for relaxing, swimming and snorkelling, with sun beds and parasols available to hire if you wish. Alternatively sunbathe on your apartment terrace which is supplied with outdoor furniture for dining alfresco. It faces west giving the advantage of viewing spectacular sunsets which are a feature of the area.
Restaurants, pizzerias, shops and supermarkets can all be found within a minute's drive. Walk along the coast to find more bars, restaurants and other amenities including the renowned Marinnedda beach (in addition to our own beach).
Take a drive 22 km inland to the Hot Spring Spa - this is a natural hot water spring and river where you can make your own mud baths (free entry) or pay for popular spa treatments and more. Other activities close by include Horse Riding, Diving, Surfing, Boat Excursions and Sailing. You will find some of the finest sea food and traditional Sardinian and Italian restaurants - you are very close to the renowned wine making town of Badesi, with its cantinas and other gastronomic treats.
The closest towns include Trinita’ D’agultu, Santa Teresa, Castelsardo, Aglientu and Badesi. Monte Pulchiana offers interesting sights such as the largest granite monolith in Sardinia. Stazzi di Gallura, nuraghe (ancient Sardinian dwellings) and the tombe dei giganti (the giant's tombs - other ancient sardinian dwellings), and the famous Valle della Luna. Along the coast there are numerous naturally sculpted granite structures, including one in the form of an elephant!
We are in a truly idylic location - our area is known for its crystal clear waters, panoramic sea views and incredible natural beauty, including sandy beaches (one of them is 8km long), hilly pine forests and unusual red rocks. The comunione is set in a naturally beautiful coastal and rural location - directly from this property you can enjoy great sea views whilst sharing drinks or dining on your own private terrace.
Getting There
Most airlines offer numerous routes to Sardinia, especially into Olbia and Alghero airports, both of which are within easy reach of our property at approx 85 km away (50 miles). Cagliari Airport is 254 km away (150 miles), should that be more convenient for your point of departure.
Getting Around
We consider a car is essential to access local amenities and fully explore all that this beautiful part of Sardinia has to offer.

Smoking is permitted on the balcony or terrace of your apartment. We ask you not to smoke inside the apartment itself. Your apartment lies in a quiet but shared location providing an exclusive and secure destination.
