Detached Villa is situated in a small fishermans village Molunat in one of the most beautiful bays at the south Adriatic. Untouched nature, excellent climate, clean air and exceptionally bright sea will make your holiday unforgetable.
The whole property is 50000m2 large and has a private beach with 300 m seashore. House has two large covered terraces, park - like garden with perfect sea view of most beautiful sunset in area. Perfect place for a friends, families or a group of 12 people as they have unique position, privacy, beach, pure nature. Those who appreciate healthy food, clean sea and time outdoors will be delighted. This place is also good starting point in exploring Cavtat, Konavle region, Dubrovnik or Montenegro.
The whole property is fenced and only the guest's have access in it. The owner has his own goats, so there is a possibillity, beside wine, brandy and olive oil to procure a goat meat.
In Molunat there are two restaurants, one barbeque stall, coffe bar's, the diving school and one shop for supplies.
From Molunat there are daily buses to Dubrovnik and Cavtat.
