This luxury holiday home is situated in a quiet part of the town of Nin and extends over two floors. It is ideal for families or friends travelling together, yet seeking privacy. The floors are connected via external stairs so that each floor forms a separate unit. There is a spacious dining room with kitchen, which leads to the terrace overlooking the sea, where you can welcome the dawn with a delicious cup of coffee. On the loft with the lowest ceiling height of 110 cm, there is a sauna, where you can relax after an eventful day. You can take a refreshing dip in the pool in front of the house or in the sea located not far from the house. The owner also provides a rowing or pedal boat. We recommend visits to the Kornati islands, the mighty Velebit and several national parks in the region. Guests can also sample the fantastic local cuisine.
