As you walk through the impressive entrance, past the stone feature wall you have then presented with a beautiful landscape garden surrounds the villa. The entrance path curves around a large Koi pond with the water feature that immediately helps you to relax and unwind.
Villa offers 3-bedrooms each with ensuite, private swimming pool, open plan living, dining & gourmet kitchen. Well situated in central Seminyak and all the great beach lounges and bars. It is a 5-minute walk to either direction to restaurants, boutiques, and the beach.
The villa has large open style living located in a bale style extension which overlooks the swimming pool plus there is another large Gazebo which is separate from the house and ideal for that afternoon snooze whilst trying to read a book. There are a number of seating and relaxing areas where you can get some private time to relax.
The dining has 6 comfortable chairs and the kitchen fully equipped with modern kitchen appliances such large refrigerator, microwave etc, kitchenware and tableware. There is a breakfast bar on the large kitchen island bench.
Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, luxury King Koil beds, Television, DVD and cable TV, Air conditioning, fans and quality linen.
Our friendly dedicated staff available to assist you during your stay include Villa Manager, Staff housekeeper, Rotating night security and Pool Man & Gardener if required. Our full-time housekeeping assisting you with daily villa maintenance such as cleaning your villa, washing dishes, changing linen and towels, as well as handling your laundry and any special requirements you may have.
Facilities:
Bedroom #1 is a very large and newly built room with large glass windows overlooking the fish pond and its own private garden area. There are a large King Size bed and 2 wardrobes idea for all your clothes and somewhere to hide your suitcases and help you feel at home. There is a large outdoor style ensuite with its own garden, stone walls and a long vanity with 2 basins.
Bedroom #2 Also has a Large King size bed. There are 2 sets of french doors one leading to the fish pond and fountain and the other leading out to a private garden with small seating area. The ensuite has a large outdoor shower and internal vanity and toilet. There is also a long feature garden with polished concrete feature walls.
Bedroom #3 has 2-single beds that also zip together to form onto a large King size beds. This bedroom also has a feature window overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The ensuite is large with a lovely shower area in the center of a curved wall and garden area.
The Kitchen feature stonewall and stone carvings. Equipped with all modern facilities including large oven with 5 burner hotplate, large refrigerator, pantry, microwave, toaster, kettles, juice mixer, rice cooker and quality utensils.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
